Lila's 1st weekend away

We finally went away without Lila...it took us 18 months to feel ready to do so. While we headed down to Dewey Beach, DE for David Hartogs' wedding, Ah-ma and Ah-gon kept Lila very very busy all weekend. We were exhausted after looking at the pictures.

Fire Island Vacation

We spent 2 weeks out on Fire Island, a barrier island off of Long Island, close to New York City. We shared a house with Karen and Jeff and their 14-mo son Jeremy. The island was perfect for us - there are no cars allowed - you can only get around by bike or by walking. Also, we were lucky and had perfect weather the entire time - what a great way to end the summer. There are a lot of pictures...but so many good ones, we had to share them all....
