Ice Skating

I took kids ice skating today....Grant's very first time and he did great! He naturally has good balance, fell a little but really was a superstar. Lila has not skated in over a year...was fearless, fell a million times but picked herself up immediately to start again. Daddy would not have been able to keep up.

Valentine's Day

Miray doesn't sit still anymore! Walking a lot now, although still crawling. Here are the kids with their Valentine's balloons.

Miray walks (a little)

Miray still prefers crawling but has been taking steps for a few weeks. She will be the latest to walk out of the kids...Lila walked at 11.5 months and Grant at 10.5 months.

A few new photos

We took kids skiing in Vermont but were too busy to take pictures - next time!
- Mira is showing some personality now - when she wants to get out of the chair.
- she transitioned to cows milk in a sippy cup successfully. No fighting like when Lila was a baby, she went in a milk strike for 2 weeks.
- Miray tries to help with the window shades.
- and eating shrimp tempura like a big girl.

Update

- Lila finishes a gymnastics class semester.

- Miray has a very rare sad face.

- Grant had to get a tooth pulled. He was so good and the tooth fairy gets to come early for him.

Miray's 1st Birthday

We celebrated Miray's 1st birthday two times at home since Daddy had to work on Miray's actual birthday, Jan 4.

Miray is now walking around when pushing her baby walker or wagon but she still prefers to crawl. And she is getting much more willful and active, not much sitting still anymore!
