Grant is 13 months

Our Grant is 13 months old today. He has become such a fun little boy - he loves running, playing chase, and doing anything Lila does. Here are a few recent photos and additional pictures from our visit to VA last weekend.

Weekend in VA

We spent the weekend in VA with Grandma, Grandpa and all 3 Uncles, visiting and celebrating Grant's belated birthday. We left our camera at home, so here are some grainy pictures from my phone. Uncle Jeffrey will send additional photos later.

First Day of School and Botanical Gardens

A bunch of news....Lila started her first day of preschool today and she loves her new school! Grant had his 1 year check up and weighs in at 25 lbs 5 oz (90th percentile) and is 31" tall (90-95th percentile).

What a fun vacation!

As reported before, we spent 2 weeks in Bucks County, PA with our friends Sunshine and Steve and their kids, Tess and Tanner, who are the same ages as Lila and Grant. We had a really wonderful vacation....

Grant's 1st Birthday!

We celebrated Grant's 1-year birthday at our vacation house in Bucks County, PA. We are staying at a beautiful old farmhouse with our friends Sunshine and Steve and their kids, Tess and Tanner (same ages as our kids). Here are 2 videos - first is the cake celebration and second is Grant's "birthday present" - it's a long video but cute nevertheless.

Beach Houses

This week we took advantage of beach house invitations. Mama took the kids to our friend Laurie's beach house in East Hampton, NY. Then we stopped at Shelter Island to Ben's beach house on Shelter Island, NY where Dadda joined us.
